Why are the sizing labelled differently?
At ABC, we truly believe that we are more than the sizes on the tag. Hence, we tell our customers that you are not size XLarge but EXTRA CHARMING. Here is how conventional sizes are named when you shop with us:

Why the t-shirts I received come in slightly bigger from measurement chart?
Please note that the sizes shown online are estimations and may vary slightly due to differences in fabric stretch, cut, and manufacturing processes. It is normal to have 1–3cm tolerance in differences vs actual product.
The t-shirt I received is not the colour I expected.
Colours displayed on our website may vary slightly from actual product. This is normal because the differences are attributed to screen resolutions and individual device settings. We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible, but some variation is inevitable. If colour accuracy is crucial for your purchase, we recommend contacting our customer service team for further guidance.
Are your t-shirts oversized or regular fit?
We offer both oversized and regular fit t-shirts. Please refer to the description on each listed item for more information.
Shipping
How much is the shipping fees?
The shipping fees vary depending on location. We charge a flat rate of RM 6 for West Malaysia and RM 15 to East Malaysia. FREE Shipping within West Malaysia on all orders RM100 & above. For additional information, please visit our Shipping Policy.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! Shipping fees will be based on weight and will be calculated at the checkout page.
How long will it take for me to receive my items?
All items are made with love only at the time of order so that we can give the best to you. Hence, it will take about 3 working days before it is shipped out. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping time will depend on your exact location. International shipping may take longer. Do contact us for more accurate international shipping information.
Returns
Can I exchange the sizes of my item if it doesn’t fit?
Custom-made items are made just for you. Hence, we are unable to accept return unless printing errors or incorrect items received. DO choose the correct combi and size before payment.
Despite all, should you have any issues with your item received, do reach out to us and we will try our best to understand the situation and see if we can amend anything. DO contact us within 7 DAYS upon recieveing for any issue with you items.
