Return Policy.

Due to all our items are custom and made-to-order, we are unable to accept return. We will take in returns at our cost if we made an error from our production end vs your purchase order.

If an item is not customed to any name, we may accept return if size is not right within 48 hours of item delivered according to logistic proof timestamp. Approved return will be at customer's cost and only to exchange size of the same ordered design. Do contact us via WhatsApp for return enquiries within 48 hours.
