Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping.

All domestic deliveries will be done via the local carrier provider. FREE Shipping within West Malaysia on all orders RM100 & above. East Malaysia shipping fees will be calculated during checkout.

International Shipping.

International shipping charges will be calculated during checkout. 

Other Shipping Information.

All orders can only be shipped to your home or office address. All orders are unable to make adjustment once it processed. Ensure your submitted shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for any shipping to wrong address provided.

Deliveries will only be done from Monday to Friday. Deliveries might be interrupted during peak periods & festive season. Once order shipped, you will received a tracking link via mobile or email address given.

Please be informed that all orders will be shipped within 3-5 working days ( Mon - Fri )  after you’ve received your order confirmation.
